We are proud of the successes we have achieved as a not for profit organisation, having placed well over 20,000 people into sustainable employment, partnered with some of Australia’s largest employers, and implemented a Reconciliation Action Plan in conjunction with Reconciliation Australia, to name a few.

Our staff are highly skilled and passionate about providing appropriate and specifically tailored assistance for each individual that walks through our door. As 1 in 5 Australian’s are living with a disability, we believe workplace diversity that is reflective of the communities we work in, is the key to success. We aim to find suitable training, support and employment options for every client, which matches their strengths and interests.

Our board are highly committed to ensuring the success of our organisation through delivering effective service to our clients.
