Job Centre Australia Limited is a not-for profit community-based organisation that has provided services to people with a disability through State and Federal Government funding for 25 years.

We specialise in empowering people with a disability, illness or health condition to improve their circumstances through a range of training, support and employment opportunities.

We have over 200 employees and have offices across ACT, NSW and QLD.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will work at our Canberra site to achieve our vision of “Communities where all people can achieve their potential”.

The Co-Program Manager will be tasked with leading, motivating and supporting their team, establishing standards of performance, providing ongoing evaluation and monitoring of NDIS and DES Programs, specifically:

To develop, implement, monitor and manage strategies to ensure achievement of all contractual targets for NDIS / DES programs

Provide leadership to the site and team

To achieve set KPI performance targets for business within each site

Develop repeat business purchases at sites

Work with NDIS Compliance to ensure quality service delivery of NDIS products and programs

To provide support and guidance to teams to ensure quality service delivery at each site

To collect and report program data as required by NDIA and DSS

To ensure the financial viability of all sites and programs

Drive the use of CRM with team

Experience and skills

Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability or Employment Services, or related business field and more than 3 years related work experience in management position.

Knowledge of relevant industry issues

A people leader who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and business acumen

Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to build successful business partnerships

Results motivated and ability to work effectively within a KPI framework

Efficient and organised

Demonstrated ability to work within a defined budget.

Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel to sites in ACT and NSW

Eligible to work in Australia

Current driver’s license

Criminal History check / Background check

Working with Vulnerable People Check
