The Role:       Financial Controller

This is a broad role in a positive, hands on environment providing the opportunity for exposure to all financial aspects of the business. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for managing the financial reporting, treasury, statutory reporting and audit process, with significant contribution to the budget process.

The role will help drive significant change management initiatives and be instrumental in building a best practice finance function through process improvement and systems transformation.

You have

You have a professional approach, strong communication skills and a proactive nature. To be considered for this opportunity you will be CA/CPA with experience in a small to medium enterprise.

You’re energetic and results oriented. Your ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers is one of your key strengths. Your analytical approach and experience with financial and management reporting will make you an asset to the JCAL team.

In addition, it’s essential that you’re eligible to work in Australia and possess a current Police check and Working with Children certification.
